Or payment is settle in full with the presents of the Power of Attorney( Procedure in Portuguese). This could be the person presenting the buyer in Portugal.

Completion and Registration:

On the day signing and the paper work is submitted to the local authorities and property is registered in the new owners name and taxes are paid for transfer of the property. Then only is in about 4 weeks everything is concluded.
